24 Hour notices required to cancel with full refund unless special arrangements have been made.

All live in person classes are conducted at Sat Nam Yoga Chicago

Blankets & Mats are available for an affordable rental fee.

2 Changing rooms are available.

Drinks & snacks are available to purchase as well as a beautiful yoga boutique with a full line of Yoga Instruction manuals and men & women’s jewelry & apparel.etc.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

Always consult with your doctor before beginning an exercise program if you have health concerns.
